I’m a personal trainer and nutrition coach, retired collegiate offensive lineman, full-time busy dad to two children, and late-night cereal smashing fanatic.
I started my health & fitness journey back in 2013 with one single goal - lose 100 lbs and get a shredded 6-pack.
After spending a few years erasing my previous health habits, I created a simple process from the ground up that allows me to love food and exercise without restriction, complicated diets, or spending every day in the gym.
Discovering that my methods could help thousands of busy parents with the same issues I once had, Brittany and I decided to create Fit Life Parenting.
