Look... The only way you're going to lose weight is by creating a calorie deficit.
If you don't truly understand the term "calorie deficit" reply to this email and I'll be sure to cover it in depth...
But, anyway...
If you look past all of the sales/marketing hype, that's the one true thing...
You need a calorie deficit.
Regardless of the diet.
The rest is fluff and bs to convince you otherwise...
Added with unnecessary steps ands tasks to make you jump through hoops that you probably don't have to.
Consider my tagline for example:
I don't promise any metabolism-boosting benefits, blood type personalization, or magical hacks...
Because they don't exist.
But, I do promise a much simpler, easier way for the time-strapped parent.
A way that removes all the fluff and complicated steps...
Distilled down to just a few, manageable steps that anyone can achieve as long as they're committed.
But overall, the goal is still the same for most programs.
Weight loss.
Because that's what most people want.
But ultimately, you still have to burn more calories than you consume...
Or consume fewer calories than you burn.
And it's much easier than people make it sound.
Sure, there are small nuances to each strategy.
Some will be better than others depending on your unique situation...
There's always minor tweaks needed to be made.
But the ultimate framework will never change...
1. Burn more energy than you consume (consume less than you burn)
2. Eat primarily whole based foods (lean meats, fruits, vegetables, complex carbs, etc)
3. Strength train a couple of times per week (at least)
4. Walk daily (don't be a couch potato)
5. Drink mainly water (drink to your thirst)
6. Eat within moderation & don't engorge yourself
Now, I understand this is a generalization...
I'll be more detailed in posts to come, so stay tuned for those.
But that's literally 90% of the game right there.
Follow those 6 steps and you'll get the body you want overtime... as long as you're consistent enough and willing to challenge yourself.
Don't overthink it, because...
Outside of that, most things are noise... stuff that keeps people from actually getting good results.
Results are simple.
Processes usually are not.
Invest in the simple ones... that's how you win.
But that's also why many people yo-yo diet for years before actually figuring this shit out.
They go for the sexy sounding process, rather than the simple things that most people know need to be done.
You need to realize that success has been hidden behind the 6 steps above, all along.
The sooner you grasp that, the sooner you'll be able to create results on demand...
and live how you want to live, without worry or frustration.
Meaning you can gain weight without worrying about taking it off because you know exactly how to do it.
That's when real freedom comes in.
And it's as simple as the steps outlined above to get started.
It ain't sexy, but it's effective.
Results are almost never sexy, btw...
Work will always be required.
Unless you got Kim Kardashian money to buy whatever ass you want.
For us normal citizens, you'll need to put a little effort into it.
So before you start another diet again, make sure it's something that covers the 6 steps above.
Two main questions to get you started on the right foot could be:
1. How do I get in a calorie deficit? (guaranteed weight loss)
2. How do I keep it sustainable? (guaranteed consistency)
Then keep repeating the process...
The rest will smooth itself out.
Message me if you need help figuring it out for yourself.
